Since all products are made to order, the entire process (production + shipping) takes approximately 4-5 weeks. However, for popular items that are pre-produced, you may receive them within 2 weeks, depending on availability.
Are there price differences based on leather types?
- There is no price difference for Togo, Epsom, Swift, Clemence, or Mysore leather.
- Birkin Epsom Sellier has a $75 surcharge.
- Box calf requires an additional $150.
- Exotic leathers like Alligator, Ostrich, and Lizard have separate pricing.
Are there price differences based on colors?
No, the price remains the same regardless of the bag’s color. 😊
Can I order a product not listed on the website?
- You can customize listed models (e.g., Kelly, Birkin) in different colors, leathers, or hardware.
- However, we do not produce entirely new models (e.g., Jypsière, Herbag).
- If you have a request for a new model, let us know via our support channels! If there is enough demand, we may consider it. 😊
Where are the products made?
- Our team is based in China, and all products are manufactured there.
- China has the only well-developed infrastructure for producing high-quality replicas at this level.
- No other country can currently offer the same level of consistency and craftsmanship. 😥
